The challenge for any annual event is to continue to keep things fresh and wow the crowd such that they'll be counting the days until next year. Mission accomplished.
On-site meetings to review desired specifications were followed by a collaborative design process to develop a "next-level" look and feel to what was traditionally an upscale, yet casual event for friends and family at a large private estate in Ancaster. A three-dimensional CAD drawing was developed to provide a visual reference for the elements involved and everything came together in jaw-dropping fashion.
Client and guests were treated to a truly memorable event, which included a private concert, "Central Park" themed food stations and decor, with white picket fences, full size trees inside the tent, a large concrete fountain with custom lighting and custom starry-night fabric above the dance floor area in front of the stage.
All features were presented inside a beautiful, 25m(82') x 35m(114') Clear Span Tent from our premium structure inventory. We were also called upon to provie a complete professional-grade kitchen in a satellite tent adjacent to the main structure (including propane Garland convection ovens, electric holding ovens, refrigeration, profesionnal-grade bbq's, etc.). Additional rental items provided by Affair Tent & Event Rentals included lounge furniture and concession equipment.
All involved are already looking forward to next year!
