Under the guiding hand of event planning firm www.hollymatrimony.ca, this early spring wedding took shape. Snow was on the ground in the area just two weeks prior to the event and the ground was still frozen under the floor, requiring pre-drilling pilot holes for the ground driven stakes to anchor the tent.
A 40'x 60' frame tent was selected, complete with custom ceiling draping, pole drapes, french window side walls and Dura-Trac flooring system. Chandeliers, mini lights, white chiavari chairs and luxuriously wide rectangular tables rounded out the interior furnishings.
Beautifully inspired decor courtesy of Jeff & Michael @ www.modefunction.com followed, featuring natural birch branches flown over the tables with hanging mason jars, custom cut live-edge wooden charger plates and florals.
Double glass doors were installed to keep the space as weather tight as possible and minimize heat loss. Heating was provided with two 170,000 btu propane units to keep the guests cozy and warm.
